Hit the trail about 7am, up into the San Felipe Hills. Nice weather, partly cloudy which was nice since there was no shade. Passed the Salem 3 fairly early and caught up with Leon soon after. He and I continued to the Third Gate water cache (MP 91) and stopped for lunch with Paul and Dee and Eng-shien and Erhung. Alli joined us about 20 mins later. Passed the 100 mile mark along the way to Barrel Spring. Camped at Barrel Spring with Leon, Eng-shien and Erhung, Paul and Dee, Alli, and new guys Matt and Luke who arrived late.
